Advanced Dinner Club

Service Description

The Advanced Dinner Club Class offers a unique culinary experience for students that have taken a minimum of 3 dinner club courses at Meraki. We will work on advanced cooking techniques while learning how to expand on recipes and make them our own with guidance. Join us for an unforgettable culinary journey that will inspire and empower young chefs to explore their passion for food and culinary arts. Menu: Week 1-Gourmet Burgers and Sandwiches Week 2- Pasta Sauces from scratch Week 3- Pan Reductions ( Steak and Chicken) Week 4- Creating a Meal from Scratch & Platting Notes: this class meets for 4-weeks. Three previous sessions of Dinner Club are required to join this class or advanced cooking knowledge. Email for questions.

Cancellation Policy

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3  days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date.  Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given.  For  Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
