Service Description
In this 4-week advanced cooking series, tweens and teens will create holiday-worthy dinners while mastering techniques like puff pastry, pan sauces, and elegant plating. Nov 20 – Dec 18 (no class Nov 27 for Thanksgiving) Week 1 : Autumn in Italy Focus: Pan-searing, pan sauces, and plated desserts Menu: Chicken Piccata with Angel Hair Pasta Caramel Apple Tiramisu Week 2 : Holiday Tenderloin Dinner Focus: Pan-roasting, flavor balance, and festive plating Menu: Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Pan Jus Roasted Fingerling Potatoes Holiday Chocolate Volcanos Week 3 : Steakhouse Night Focus: Precision cooking, modern steakhouse plating, and elevated comfort sides Menu: Bacon-Wrapped Filet Parmesan Truffle Fries Roasted Garlic Butter Broccolini Week 4 : Holiday Appetizer Party & Dessert Bar Focus: Fun, trendy holiday small bites with bold flavors and an interactive dessert finale Menu: Firecracker Shrimp Lettuce Wraps Mini Chicken & Waffles with Hot Honey Drizzle Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls with Ranch Dip Holiday Dessert Bar: Peppermint Bark, Chocolate fondue station, and Hot Cocoa with Homemade Marshmallows ( chef made) Whipped Cream Notes:Classes are drop-off and kept small to ensure every student gets hands-on experience. We maintain a ratio of 2–3 instructors per small group for guidance and support.Please note: There will be no class the week of Thanksgiving (Nov 27). This class is capped at 9 students

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
