Private Class: Ambar Cultural Connections – Flavors of Jamaica 🇯🇲 Explore the bold spices and vibrant flavors of Jamaica in this Caribbean cooking experience. In this class, students will prepare a menu built around some of Jamaica’s most beloved dishes, from jerk-seasoned chicken to flaky savory beef patties and fragrant coconut rice. Along the way, we’ll discover the ingredients and traditions that make Jamaican cuisine so colorful and memorable. Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
