Service Description

The United States is a rich melting pot of cultures, and our diverse cuisine reflects that beautifully! In this exciting dinner club series, we’re taking a culinary road trip across the country, exploring iconic regional dishes that define American food traditions. We’ll start in the Pacific Northwest, where we’ll bake sweet and tangy marionberry pies and savor fresh seafood. Then, we’ll head to the Southwest, where bold chilies and handmade tortillas take center stage. Our journey continues into the Deep South, where crispy fried chicken, buttery biscuits, and sweet peach cobbler bring true Southern comfort to the table. In the Midwest, we’ll dig into cheesy deep-dish pizza, and buckeyes. Finally, we’ll wrap up our adventure on the East Coast, home to legendary Philly cheesesteaks, New England clam chowder, and decadent Boston cream pie. Join us for a delicious journey across America’s most beloved flavors—one bite at a time! Notes: This drop-off class meets on Tue evenings from 4:30--6:30 for 5-weeks.

Cancellation Policy

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3  days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date.  Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given.  For  Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
