Service Description
Join us as we travel to Argentina! In this cooking adventure, you'll earn how to make some of Argentina’s most beloved flavors . We’ll create cheesy, handheld empanaditas, sear steak churrasco-style, and blend a bright herb sauce that pairs perfectly with everything on the plate. To top it all off, we’ll shake up a sparkling passionfruit lemonade inspired by popular South American flavors! Menu • Beef & Cheese Empanaditas- Mini hand pies filled with seasoned ground beef and melty cheese • Churrasco-Style Steak Bites- Tender, pan-seared Ribeye steak with a flavorful crust • Chimichurri- A bright parsley and lemon herb sauce (optional!) • Sparkling Passionfruit Lemonade A fun, fizzy Argentine-inspired drink Class Notes • This is a drop-off class • Please wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair • Students will enjoy the meal they prepare in class • ESA debit card and vendor pay accepted

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
