Week 1: Fall Cake Goals Mini Pumpkin Cakes made to look like real pumpkins with Buttercream Cream Cheese Cinnamon Ganache Filling Week 2: Cozy Cookies & Bars Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies with Flaky Sea Salt Warm Chai Snickerdoodle Bars Homemade Toasted Marshmallow Fluff Week 3: French-Inspired Fall Flavors Salted Caramel Crumble Apple Tart Maple Pecan Shortbread Cookies Week 4: Autumn Bistro Bakes Maple Bacon Cheddar Biscuits Maple Streusel Mini Muffins (with a cinnamon crumble and glaze drizzle)

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
