Service Description

In this 3-hour class, students explore Asian-inspired BBQ techniques while learning how to balance sweet, spicy, savory, and fresh herbs. We’ll prepare Korean-style sticky BBQ ribs glazed to perfection, Grilled Chinese BBQ Sausage (Lap Cheong) with Sticky Soy Glaze, roll and pan-fry scallion pancakes from scratch, and transform crispy smashed potatoes with a vibrant Thai-style chile and herb sauce.herb sauce. A bright sesame cucumber salad rounds out the meal, adding freshness and contrast to the rich BBQ flavors. The class wraps up with a chef-made honey ginger vanilla ice cream topped with pineapple compote and crispy wonton crunch, plus a refreshing mango lychee sparkler you'll make. This class is best suited for confident cooks ages 11 and up who are ready to work with layered flavors and elevate their kitchen skills. Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
