Service Description
Get ready for a flavor-packed Southern experience with Big Al, the King of BBQ! In this 3-hour workshop, you'll learn how to spatchcock a whole chicken for faster, juicier cooking and then turn it into delicious Alabama chicken with Big Al’s signature white BBQ sauce. We’ll also whip up honey butter skillet cornbread waffles and build creamy banana pudding parfaits for dessert. This hands-on class focuses on real BBQ skills, seasoning, and Southern hospitality while keeping things fun and approachable. Everyone will leave full, confident, and ready to impress at home! Menu: • Alabama Chicken with White BBQ Sauce • Honey Butter Skillet Cornbread Waffles • Banana Pudding Parfaits • Chef Made Mac and Cheese • Sweet Tea & Fresh Squeezed Lemonade Notes: • This is a drop-off class • Classes are kept smaller with 2–3 instructors per class • Closed-toe shoes required, hair tied back • Please inform us of any allergies (we are not a nut-free kitchen) • We accept ESA funds (debit card or vendor pay)

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
