Service Description
Learn to make the buttery, bakery-style brioche Danishes! In this class, you'll mix and shape brioche dough from scratch, create delicious fillings, and finish with glazes and toppings. Students will go home with stunning pastries and the skills to recreate them at home. Menu: Brioche Dough from Scratch Cream Cheese Blueberry Danish with Streusel Chocolate Hazelnut Almond Danish Notes: This is a drop-off class Please wear closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back We are a nut-friendly kitchen but not nut-free or allergen-free

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
