This is a Private Event Please Do not Sign Up Unless Part of the Carrie J. Party. Class Description: Say bonjour to French flavor! Students will create two classic dishes straight from a Parisian café. First, they'll build gooey, golden Croque Monsieurs—crispy ham and gruyère sandwiches smothered in creamy béchamel and baked to perfection. Then, for dessert, it's Apple Tarte Tatin — upside-down tarts with buttery puff pastry and caramelized apples.You'll l learn essential culinary skills, from mastering roux to learning hot to use ready- made puff pastry, all while enjoying the rich tastes of France. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3 days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date. Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given. For Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
