Service Description
This December, students will “travel” the globe through holiday cooking! From the twinkling streets of Paris to the warm kitchens of Italy and Mexico, each class highlights a country’s festive dishes and holiday traditions. Young chefs will cook, taste, and learn about seasonal flavors from around the world. Week 1 – France | Noël à Paris Menu: Croque Monsieur Holiday Melts – toasted ham and Gruyère sandwiches layered with creamy béchamel. Puff Pastry Snowflakes – sweet, buttery pastries dusted with powdered sugar “snow.” Peppermint Hot Chocolate – topped with whipped cream and crushed candy canes. Week 2 – Italy | Natale in Tuscany Menu: Lasagna al Forno (Christmas Lasagna)A rich, layered baked pasta with Bolognese, béchamel, and cheese. Especially traditional in Emilia-Romagna and central Italy. Mini Panettone Cupcakes Week 3 – Mexico | Navidad Fiesta Menu: Cheese & Chicken Empanadas – golden baked hand pies. Mexican Hot Chocolate – rich cocoa with cinnamon and whipped cream. Buñuelo Bites – crispy cinnamon-sugar dessert rounds.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
