Let's explore the vibrant flavors of Italy, learning to create iconic dishes from scratch. From crafting fresh pasta and a creamy carbonara sauce to assembling a Caprese salad and enjoying herb focaccia, you’ll master classic techniques and discover the cultural stories behind each dish. Menu: Caprese Salad with Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, and Basil Spaghetti Pasta from Scratch Carbonara Sauce – Classic dish with pancetta, egg, parmesan cheese Herb and Garlic Focaccia Notes: this is a teen drop-off class with 2-3 instructors per small group.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3 days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date. Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given. For Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
