
County Fair Baking Workshop

Service Description
Kick off Independence Day weekend with a baking workshop inspired by classic American summer treats and county fair favorites. Students will learn how to make delightful skillet cornbread cookies, create a sweet honey butter glaze, and make golden fried pies. At our Fried Pie Bar, students can choose from strawberry, peach, or apple cinnamon fillings before rolling, crimping, frying, and glazing their own homemade pies. We'll also prepare refreshing layered strawberry lemonade in mason jars with festive red-and-white summer flair. Menu: • Cornbread Cookies with Honey Butter frosting • County Fair Fried Pies (Strawberry, Peach, or Apple Cinnamon) • Layered Strawberry Lemonade in Mason Jars Students will leave with delicious treats to share and recipes perfect for summer picnics, backyard barbecues, and Fourth of July celebrations. Notes: Classes are drop-off with 2-3 instructors per small group

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
