Service Description

Every week is a new food adventure! We'll recreate restaurant inspired favorites from Korean street food and cozy Italian comfort food to an unforgettable brunch menu. we'll build real cooking skills, learn new techniques, and make meals that are just as fun to cook as they are to eat. Menu Week 1 | Modern Café Crispy Chicken Caesar Flatbreads Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies Week 2 | Seoul Street Kitchen Korean Bulgogi Cheesesteaks Strawberry Nutella Croffles Week 3 | Sunday Brunch Café Ube Stuffed French Toast with Vanilla Sweet Cream Million Dollar Bacon Bacon, Cheddar & Chive Egg Bites Week 4 | Italian Sandwich Shop Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches with Creamy Vodka Sauce Garlic Parmesan Smashed Potatoes Cannoli Dip with Cinnamon Sugar Chips Class Information Dinner Club meets once a week for 2 hours on Tuesdays from 4:30–6:30 PM. Classes are drop-off and limited to 12 students with 2 to 3 instructors, so everyone gets plenty of time to cook, ask questions, and build confidence in the kitchen. Aprons are provided. Just bring your appetite and we'll take care of the rest! Refund Policy Dinner Club tuition is non refundable. With at least four (4) weeks' notice prior to the start of class, tuition may be transferred as a credit toward a future class, subject to availability. Credits are not issued for missed classes or schedule changes made within four weeks of the class start date. In the event of closures due to unforeseen facility issues or weather, a full credit will be issued to your account for future use.
