Service Description
Some of the most authentic experiences when traveling around the world come from sampling local foods from food markets, street corner vendors, and hole-in-wall restaurants. In this camp, we will cook foods from different countries or regions each day. Along our journey, we’ll gain an understanding of the people who live in these international destinations by discussing their culture and history. Menu Day 1: Greece Spanakopita Cups Greek Chicken Gyros with scratch flat bread Tzatziki – a classic Greek sauce made with yogurt, cream, cucumbers, fresh Honey Cake (Melopita) Day 2: Mexico Chipotle Shrimp and Bacon Tacos ( chicken alternative) Salsa and Guacamole ( chef Made) Street Corn Dip Tres Leches Cupcakes Day 3: France Herbs de Province Pan-Seared Steak Crepes with Fresh Whipped Cream and Berries Day 4: Korea Mini Korean Corn Dogs Sprinkled with Cheeto Dust Beef Bulgogi with White Rice bowls Korean Coffee Brownies Notes: Camp meets 4-days Mon-Thurs for 2-hours. Camps are drop-off with 2-3 instructors per class.

Cancellation Policy
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3 days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date. Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given. For Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
