Get ready to mix, experiment, and discover the magic of food science! From color-changing drinks to edible experiments, we'll explore chemical reactions, temperature tricks, and baking physics, all while making delicious treats. Expect things to fizz, bubble, and transform in this hands-on lab! Menu Day 1: Kitchen Chemistry – Reactions & Transformations Savory Popover Puff Cups Chocolate Mousse Foam Cups Layered Color-Changing Fizz Lemonade Day 2: Molecular Gastronomy – Texture Lab Flavor-Swirl Marshmallows Shake-in-a-Bag Instant Ice Cream Magic Chocolate Snap Shell Day 3: Fermentation – The Power of Microbes Yeast Balloon Experiment Yeast Power Pizza Experiment Quick Refrigerator Pickles Day 4: Color-Changing & Sugar Science Magic pH-Changing Lemonade Edible Glass Candy Shards Rainbow Color-Shift Noodles Notes: Camp runs Monday through Thursday. This is a drop-off camp. Doors open 5 minutes before camp begins. Campers will enjoy their creations during class and may bring home leftovers when available. All ingredients are prepared in a kitchen that uses common allergens including wheat, dairy, and eggs. Summer Camp Fees are non-refundable. With a four (4) weeks’ notice, you may transfer your fees toward a future class. Due to unforeseen issues with our facility or community related closures, a full credit will be applied to your account.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
