Each day, you'll learn expert pastry techniques while creating gourmet treats like Mini Fancy Tarts with Raspberry Coulis, Choux au Craquelin with Salted Caramel Cream, Airbrushed Chocolate Bonbons, and Mini Layered Cakes adorned with Whipped Curd and Edible Flowers. From delicate piping to artistic airbrushing, this camp is all about creativity, precision, and having fun in the kitchen. Get ready to impress with stunning, bakery-worthy desserts! Menu: Day 1: Mini Fancy Tarts + Mousse and Fruit Fillings + Raspberry Coulis Day 2: Choux au Craquelin with Salted Caramel Cream Day 3: Chocolate Tempering with Air Brushed Chocolate BonBons + Shortcake Fillings Day 4: Mini Layered Cakes + Whipped Curd + edible flower decorations Notes: Camp runs Monday–Thursday from 9:00–11:30 PM 🚗 Drop-Off Camp: 👨🍳 Small Groups, Big Fun! WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3 days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date. Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given. For Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
