Service Description

This hands-on Heat Lab is all about building spice with intention, not shock value. Teens learn how chefs layer heat using fat, acid, sweetness, and texture while cooking crispy chicken and crafting bold sauces in small groups. Menu Chili-Crisp Garlic Noodles-Silky noodles tossed with garlic butter, soy, and chili crisp to introduce layered heat and umami. Crispy Popcorn Chicken- Bite-size chicken pieces coated and baked or pan-fried until golden and crunchy — perfect for sauce dipping and tossing. Spicy Firecracker Shrimp Lightly crispy shrimp Tossed quickly in a glossy firecracker sauce Sauce Lab- Each group creates one signature spicy sauce, Hot Honey Chocolate Brownie Bites ( chef made ) Fudgy brownie bites finished with a warm spicy-sweet drizzle.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
