Service Description

Step back into traditional baking in this cozy seasonal workshop as students learn the art of making small batch strawberry jam and beautifully detailed cookies using carved wooden molds. We’ll press and bake our own spring designs before preparing a fresh stovetop strawberry jam to enjoy and take home alongside our cookies. Each student will leave with their molded cookies and a jar of homemade strawberry jam, A class perfect for bakers who enjoy learning timeless kitchen skills. Includes: Wooden molded cookies Small-batch strawberry jam Chef made sconces, tea, and sparkling lemonade to sip on while we create Recipe card set to take home Notes: Classes are drop- off to encourage independence in the kitchen with 2-3 instructors per small group

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
