
Italian Pasta: Hand-Rolled Cavatelli

Service Description
In this Italian cooking class, students will make hand-rolled cavatelli from scratch and toss it in a creamy basil and Calabrian chili sauce. We’ll also prepare Ayden’s Favorite Garlic Bread and finish with a smooth honey mascarpone panna cotta. This class focuses on simple pasta techniques, bold flavors, and confidence in the kitchen. Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
