Bring the bold, vibrant flavors of the Caribbean to life in this class inspired by traditional Jamaican favorites. Students will mix jerk seasoning, prepare soft homemade coco bread, and cook colorful island sides while exploring the spices and ingredients that make Jamaican cuisine so exciting. Menu Jerk Chicken Homemade Coco Bread Sweet Fried Plantains Pineapple Ginger Island Cooler Notes: Classes are drop-off with 2-3 instructors per small group

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
