Noël en France: A Private Christmas Baking Class : Exclusively for the Katie T Group** Step into a cozy French holiday kitchen as we celebrate Noël en France with a baking experience inspired by beloved French Christmas traditions. In this class, you will learn classic techniques, create beautiful treats, and enjoy the enchanting flavors of a Parisian winter market. On the Menu: • Cinnamon Sugar Palmiers – Delicate, buttery French “palm leaves,” rolled and folded the traditional way, then baked until perfectly crisp with a sparkling cinnamon sugar crust. A simple but elegant holiday favorite across France. • Chocolate Cupcake Yule Log Cakes – A playful twist on the iconic bûche de Noël. Guests will bake rich chocolate cupcakes, swirl them with luscious frosting, and decorate them like miniature Yule logs—complete with snowy textures and festive touches.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
