Take your taste buds on a global getaway! In this 4-week cooking course, we will explore the signature flavors and dishes of four incredible island destinations: Greece, Cuba, Zanzibar, and Sicily. Weekly Island Menu Week 1: Greece 🇬🇷 Main Dish: Greek Lemon Chicken Skewers with Warm Pita & Tzatziki Side: Roasted Lemon Potatoes with Oregano Dessert: Loukoumades (Honey-Cinnamon Donut Holes) Week 2: Cuba 🇨🇺 Main Dish: Cuban Picadillo with Sofrito Rice (vegetarian black bean version available) Side: Mini Tostones with Mojo Garlic Sauce Dessert: Guava & Cream Cheese Pastry Turnovers Week 3: Zanzibar 🇹🇿 Main Dish: Zanzibar Coconut Chicken Curry with Fragrant Basmati Rice Side: Kachumbari (Tangy Tomato & Onion Salad) Dessert: Spiced Banana Fritters with Honey Drizzle Week 4: Sicily 🇮🇹 Main Dish: Sicilian Arancini (Crispy Rice Balls with Cheese & Marinara) Side: Lemon Herb Focaccia with Olive Oil Dip Dessert: Mini Cannoli with Chocolate Chips and Orange Zest Notes: This class meets for 4-weeks on Wednesday mornings from 10:30-12:30

Cancellation Policy
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3  days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date.  Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given. For  Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.Â
