If you love the experience of Korean BBQ restaurants, you’ll have so much fun learning how to recreate those bold, savory flavors right in your own kitchen. In this class, students will explore classic Korean marinades, quick pickling techniques, and high heat skillet cooking while preparing a flavorful Korean BBQ meal from scratch. Menu: Grilled Bulgogi Beef Korean Lettuce Wraps with Ssam Sauce Steamed Rice Sesame Cucumber Salad (Oi Muchim)

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
