Designed for teen cooks, this Lunar New Year Culinary Lab dives deeper into technique, flavor, and cultural context. Teens will prepare a celebratory Lunar New Year inspired menu while learning advanced kitchen skills such as dumpling folding, sauce development, and stir-frying with intention. Menu : Hand-folded dumplings with dipping sauce Longevity noodles with aromatics and heat! Crispy sesame chicken with garlic and scallions

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
