Service Description
Some of the most authentic travel experiences come from sampling food at street vendors, local markets, and family-owned restaurants. In this four-week class, we will explore the flavors, techniques, and traditions behind dishes from different countries and regions. Each week, we’ll dive into a new cuisine, learning not only how to cook the dishes but also the cultural stories that shape them. Menu: Vietnam: Crispy Lemongrass Chicken, Vietnamese eggrolls Mexico: Birria tacos with consume, Dulce De lech Cookies Caribbean: Rasta Pasta with Jerk Chicken, Grilled Pineapple Sundaes Morocco: Chicken Tagine, Flat Bread, Moroccan Lemon Cake Notes: This class meets for 4-weeks with a 1- week intermission for spring break. Classes are drop-off with 2-3 instructors per class.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3 days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date. Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given. For Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
