Service Description
Celebrate Mardi Gras in the kitchen with this bold, flavor packed cooking class inspired by the foods of New Orleans. Students will prepare classic Big Easy dishes, learn how to build layered flavors, and finish with individual King Cake mini Bundts decorated in traditional Mardi Gras colors. Menu: Muffuletta Dip with Toasted Bread Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya King Cake Mini Bundts Notes: Classes are drop-off with 2-3 instructors per small group

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
