Modern Table is an advanced, technique-driven cooking camp designed for teens who are ready to cook like real chefs. This camp focuses on fresh pasta, elevated proteins, savory doughs, and refined desserts while teaching essential restaurant skills such as knife work, sauce building, dough handling, timing, and professional plating. Each day, campers will create bold, beautifully balanced dishes that feel straight off a modern bistro menu. This camp emphasizes confidence, independence, and intentional cooking in a focused, supportive environment. Day 1: Fresh Pasta Foundations Handmade Cavatelli with Creamy Calabrian Chili Tomato Sauce Crispy Parmesan Frico Cups with Lemon-Dressed Greens Same-Day Olive Oil & Sea Salt Focaccia Day 2: Modern Comfort Proteins Crispy Chicken Milanese with Arugula, Lemon & Shaved Parmesan Brown Butter Spaetzle with Fresh Herbs Chocolate Pots de Crème Day 3: Elevated Street Food Korean-Inspired Crispy Chicken Bao with Pickled Cucumbers Sesame Scallion Noodles Honey Yuzu Panna Cotta Day 4: French Bistro Classics Seared steak frites Individual Olive Oil Citrus Cakes Notes: Camp is drop-off with 2-3 instructors per small group. Camp meets Monday–Thursday for 2.5 hours

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
