Service Description
Iconic treats like Twinkies and oatmeal cream pies bring back the best childhood memories, but making them from scratch takes them to a whole new level. In this class, students will learn how to create a light, fluffy vanilla sponge cake filled with smooth cream, inspired by the classic Twinkie, as well as soft, chewy oatmeal sandwich cookies layered with a rich vanilla cream filling.This class focuses on baking fundamentals, filling techniques, and simple finishing skills while transforming familiar snack cakes into homemade desserts that are fresher, better, and far more delicious than the originals. Menu Vanilla “Twinkie”-Inspired Mini Cakes Light sponge cake with classic cream filling Homemade Oatmeal Cream Pies Soft oatmeal cookies sandwiched with vanilla cream Punch to sip on Note: This is a drop-off class. Students will work in small groups with 2–3 instructors providing hands-on guidance throughout the class.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
