Service Description

Step into a French pastry kitchen and learn how elegant bakery style tartlets are made from scratch. In this refined workshop, students will prepare crisp sweet tart shells, silky lemon crème filling, and delicate raspberry cream tartlets inspired by modern Paris pâtisseries. Each dessert is finished with professional pastry techniques including quenelle shaping, piping, and edible garnish styling. Students will leave with two bakery-quality tartlets that look like they came straight from a Paris dessert shop. Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
