Join us as we explore the vibrant world of Filipino street food. In this teen cooking class, students will learn how to prepare several popular dishes inspired by the bustling night markets and street vendors of the Philippines. Students will practice essential cooking techniques while discovering how Filipino cuisine balances savory, citrus, sweet, and umami flavors to create bold and satisfying dishes. Street Food Menu • Filipino Garlic Noodles with Chicken (Pancit Canton Style) • Crispy Lumpia – Filipino-style spring rolls filled with seasoned pork and vegetables • Filipino Chicken Adobo Students will cook together, plate their dishes, and enjoy dinner at the end of class. Notes • Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing for cooking. • This is a drop-off teen class • Recipes will be emailed after class.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
