Let's take a trip to beautiful Austria! Austrian cuisine is known for two things, Schnitzel and Strudel. You'll learn to make crispy and golden brown schnitzel and the flakiest apple stuffed strudel. We will go over the proper techniques for pounding and breading the meat for the schnitzel, as well as the art of rolling out the delicate strudel dough. Whether you're a beginner in the kitchen or an experienced cook, this class is a great opportunity to expand your culinary skills. Menu: Crispy Chicken Schnitzel Buttery Crispy Parsley Potatoes Apple Strudel Notes: Classes are drop-off with 2-3 instructors per small group
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3 days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date. Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given. For Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
