Students will learn how to bake and roll a soft carrot sponge cake and fill it with the best most delicious sweet cream cheese frosting. Menu • Carrot Cake Roll with Cream Cheese Filling and carrot decorations "Carrot" Punch to sip on Notes: Students will decorate and box their cake rolls to take home.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
