Spring has sprung, and our Lunch Club celebrates fresh flavors, seasonal ingredients, and globally inspired lunches kids love to cook and eat. Over five weeks, young chefs will prepare balanced savory dishes and a sweet finish each week while building confidence and real kitchen skills. Spring Menu Lineup Week 1 – Italian Spring Spring Orecchiette with Chicken Sausage & fresh herbs Strawberry Jam Cookies Week 2 – Peruvian-Inspired Bowls Peruvian Chicken Bowls(herb-marinated chicken, rice, fresh toppings) Creamy Green Sauce (aji verde–style, mild) Lemon Blueberry Cake Cups Week 3 – Hibachi Style Sweet Chili Chicken and Steak Vegetable Fried Rice Sautéed Hibachi Vegetables Yum Yum Sauce Week 4 – Lebanese-Inspired Chicken Shawarma Bowls with Tabbouleh Orange Blossom Ice Cream Parfaits with Honey & Pistachio Week 5 – Southwest Chipotle-Style Bowls with Carnitas cilantro rice, and all the toppings Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Crisps

Cancellation Policy
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Due to the fact that food must be purchased ahead of time for classes and camps, we do not issue refunds. A class exchange may be made for any class up to 3 days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given 3 days or less before the class date. Meraki reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event a class is canceled, all students will be notified and full refunds given. For Summer Camps, No refunds, returns or exchanges will be given.
