In this class students learn how to sear steak and build a rich garlic butter sauce for a restaurant-style pasta dish. We’ll talk about seasoning, pan-searing techniques, and how to balance flavors to create a meal that feels straight from a steakhouse kitchen. Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
