Taste the National Parks Cooking Camp

Service Description
Grab your apron and your sense of adventure! In this camp, students will travel across the United States exploring four iconic National Parks through food. Each day we’ll visit a new park and cook recipes inspired by the region from campfire favorites and lodge style comfort foods to berry treats and frontier breads. Along the way, campers will make bubbling “geyser” drinks, fresh berry jams, skillet desserts, and even authentic Navajo tacos. It’s the perfect mix of cooking, creativity, and outdoor adventure no hiking boots required! 🌵 Day 1: Grand Canyon National Park Menu Navajo Tacos on homemade fry bread Skillet S’mores Nachos Prickly Pear Lemonade 🦬 Day 2: Yellowstone National Park Menu Bison Burger Sliders Campfire Skillet Potatoes Old Faithful Geyser Erupting drink Ranger Trail Mix Snack 🌄 Day 3: Great Smoky Mountains National Park Menu Ham & Cheese Biscuit Sandwiches Quick Blackberry Jam Lavender Honey Butter Blackberry Honey Cream Soda 🌲 Day 4: Yosemite National Park Menu Cast-Iron Campfire Flatbread Pizzas Pinecone Cupcakes Evergreen Apple Spritzer Notes: Camp is Monday through Thursday from 10:00-12:00. Campers will enjoy their food during class and may bring home select items. Menu items may be adjusted slightly based on ingredient availability and class pacing.This is a drop-off camp. Summer camp fees are non-refundable. With four weeks’ notice, fees may be transferred to a future class. If camp is canceled due to facility issues a full credit will be applied to your account.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
