Service Description
A festive night out designed just for our teen chefs! Students will enjoy a cozy, holiday inspired dinner before diving into the art of decorating their own elevated gingerbread houses. With artisan pizzas, warm cocoa floats, and plenty of seasonal cheer, this class blends creativity, flavor, and fun for the perfect winter night out. Menu Artisan Snowglobe Pizzas – individual pizzas topped with fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, various meats, basil, and a drizzle of garlic oil for a festive, restaurant-style touch Winter Caesar Salad Cups – crisp romaine served in parmesan “snowflake” cups with creamy homemade dressing Gingerbread House Decorating – custom-design your own holiday house with royal icing, chocolate décor, and candies Frosted Cocoa Floats – rich hot chocolate topped with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings Notes: This is a drop-off class. Length: 2.5 hours 2–3 instructors per group for hands-on guidance. Gingerbread houses are pre-assembled and ready to decorate. A perfect night for friends, siblings, or holiday-loving teens to celebrate the season!

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
