Step inside the Test Kitchen and cook some of the most crave worthy dishes inspired by trending cafés, the best street food, and comfort favorites. In this camp, teens will learn techniques like pan frying, sandwich building, sauce layering, and bakery style finishing while preparing both savory dishes and sweets each day. Menu Day 1 — Modern Café Chicken Schnitzel Caesar Wraps Chili Crisp Avocado Toast Churro Crinkle Cookies Day 2 — Seoul Street Café Bulgogi Cheesesteak on Milk Bread with Fried Egg & Sweet Mayo Quick Pickled Cucumbers Strawberry Nutella Croffles ( croissant waffles) Day 3 — Asian Café Favorites Ube Stuffed French Toast with Sweet Cream Drizzle Jumbo Wonton Rangoons Sweet Soy Dipping Sauce Day 4 — Italian Sandwich Shop Vodka Sauce Dipped Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches Garlic Parmesan Fries Cookies & Cream No-Bake Bars Camp Schedule: This camp meets Monday through Thursday from. Camps are drop-off so parents, enjoy a little break while your young chefs whisk, mix, and create kitchen magic! Camps are limited to 12 students with 2- 3 instructors so everyone gets plenty of support. Just your excitement and an appetite for adventure. Aprons are provided! Summer Camp Refund Policy: Summer camp tuition is non-refundable. With at least four (4) weeks’ notice prior to the start of camp, tuition may be transferred as a credit toward a future class or camp, subject to availability. Credits are not issued for missed camp days or schedule changes made within four weeks of the camp start date. In the event of closures due to unforeseen facility issues, weather, a full credit will be issued to your account for future use.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
