Service Description
It’s our 5th annual Thanksgiving pie tradition at Meraki! You'll master the art of making the perfect flaky, buttery pie crust from scratch. We’ll fill it with a sweet and tart apple filling, caramel, and buttery crumble to create your very own 9-inch Caramel Apple Crumble Pie to take home, ready to bake fresh for your Thanksgiving table. While our pies come together, we’ll also make individual Pumpkin Cheesecake Trifles and sip warm apple cider to kick off the holiday season. Menu: • 9-inch Caramel Apple Crumble Pie — take home to bake • No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Trifle • Hot Apple Cider Notes: Pies will be assembled in class and taken home with easy baking instructions to enjoy fresh for Thanksgiving. Classes are drop-off and kept small so every student gets hands on experience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
