Service Description
Dinner is covered! Join us after school for three weeks of seriously delicious fall dinners! Each week brings an entirely new menu as students cook their way through cozy comfort foods Throughout the series, students will sear, sauté, bake, build sauces, work with different proteins, and make everything from creamy pastas to fried chicken and homemade desserts. At the end of each class, we’ll sit down together and enjoy what we’ve made. Week 1 — Bistro Crispy Parmesan Chicken with Garlic Cream Sauce Creamy Parmesan Orzo Maple Pecan Sticky Toffee Cake Week 2 — Sweet and Spicy Maple Gochujang Beef Garlic Butter Rice Miso Chocolate Chunk Cookies Week 3 — Southern Fall Kitchen Hot Honey Fried Chicken strips Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese Quick Bananas Foster Banana Pudding Note: This is a drop-off class. Students work in small groups with 2–3 instructors in the kitchen to guide and assist them throughout class.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
