Service Description
Step into the Land of Sweets for a magical holiday baking adventure! Inspired by The Nutcracker, young chefs will whisk, dip, and decorate their way through a winter wonderland filled with sparkle, chocolate, and Christmas cheer. From Sugar Plum Fairy Cupcakes to Chocolate Soldiers and Peppermint Bark Bites, this class is a festive celebration of color, creativity, and holiday fun. Menu: Sugar Plum Fairy Cupcakes – vanilla cupcakes with swirls of berry buttercream frosting, sparkling sugar, and edible glitter “fairy dust” Chocolate Soldiers – pretzel rods dipped in milk chocolate and decorated with red and gold details to resemble toy soldiers Peppermint Bark Bites – layers of milk and white chocolate topped with crushed candy canes, broken into shimmering holiday pieces Clara’s Cotton Candy Cocoa – creamy hot chocolate topped with whipped cream and a touch of pink cotton candy Notes This is a drop-off class. 2–3 instructors per group for hands-on guidance. All supplies, ingredients, and packaging are provided. Students will take home their creations — if they don’t nibble them first!

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
