Service Description
Pack your aprons, we’re heading on a delicious food adventure! Each week, our Traveling Chefs will “visit” a new country through cooking, learning skills like rolling noodles, shaping pastries, building sandwiches, and baking sweet treats. Students will create a savory dish and a fun drink or dessert each class, all while exploring new flavors and building confidence in the kitchen! Menu by Week: Week 1: Germany • Spaetzle with Bacon • Black Forest Mini Parfaits Week 2: India • Butter Chicken Bowls (build-your-own) • Mango Lassi Week 3: United Kingdom • Mini Cornish Pasties • Victoria Sponge Bites Week 4: Vietnam / Thailand • Banh Mi Sliders (build-your-own) • Thai Milk Tea (kid-friendly) Week 5: Italy • Asiago Chicken Flatbread (build-your-own) • Lemon Ricotta Drop Donuts Notes: • This is a drop-off series • 2 hour class • Closed-toe shoes required, hair tied back • We accept ESA funds (debit card or vendor pay) – For Vendor pay, Email: Meka@MerakiCookingSchool.com

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
