Step into the world of anime-inspired café cooking and night market street food in this creative, flavor packed culinary camp. Each day, campers will make popular Japanese and Korean dishes often featured in anime culture. from soufflé pancakes and ramen bowls to bento favorites, mochi desserts, and popping boba drinks. This camp blends hands-on cooking with fun presentation and bold new flavors, making it perfect for tweens and teens who love anime, manga, café culture, and trying something new in the kitchen. Menu- Menu may be slightly adjusted due to availability Day 1: Anime Café Favorites Japanese soufflé pancakes Strawberry milk cloud drinks Matcha Oreo truffles Day 2: Bento Box Workshop Onigiri trio Mini tamago (Japanese rolled omelet) Popping Mango Boba Lemonade Day 3: Night Market Street Eats Yakisoba-pan noodle buns Japanese cucumber salad Dorayaki pancake sandwiches Day 4: Ramen & Mochi Lab Hands-on ramen cups Mochi brownie bites Lychee citrus fizz drinks Notes: This camp meets Monday- Thursday for 2- hours. Camp is drop-off with 2-3 instructors per class. Doors open 5 minutes before camp begins each day. Students will enjoy their creations during class and may bring home leftovers when available. Summer camp fees are non-refundable. With at least four weeks’ notice, fees may be transferred to a future class or camp. If a camp must be canceled due to facility closure, a full credit will be issued.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
