Service Description
Create a luxury Valentine Pâtisserie Treat Box filled with elegant, bakery-style sweets in this elevated teen baking experience. Students will work in small groups to bake refined Valentine cookies, then come together to dip, decorate, and assemble a stunning gift-ready dessert box. This class is all about technique, presentation, and aesthetics, perfect for teens who love polished baking and creating show-stopping desserts. Menu Raspberry Heart Palmiers- Red Velvet Levain Cookies Strawberry Shortbread Cookies: Chocolate-Dipped Brownies (chef-baked, student decorated) Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Dipped, drizzled, and finished with Valentine sprinkles Punch for sipping and of course treats to snack on Notes: This is a drop-off class with 2-3 instructors per small group of students.

Cancellation Policy We want every class and camp to be a wonderful experience! Because ingredients and supplies are purchased in advance, we’re not able to offer refunds. If you need to make a change, class exchanges are available with at least 3 days’ notice. Unfortunately, no credits or exchanges can be made within 3 days of the class. Camp registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. On the rare occasion that Meraki needs to cancel or reschedule, we’ll notify you right away and arrange a new date.
