Meraki Birthday Parties 

Celebrate your Special Day with a themed Birthday Party at Meraki!

Our  Birthday Parties are guaranteed to make your child feel as special as can be! Pick a theme from our party packages or custom design your party dreams. We make everything Magical at Meraki

Party Packages 

  • What is the cost of a party?
    Each themed party cost is based on 8 children- including the birthday person. We can accommodate up to 12 children. This is available for an additional cost. Each Child over 8 children is an additional $35. Parties with 10-12 kids will be an additional $50 for an extra cooking assistant/ prep/ clean up.
  • How do I schedule my party dates and times?
    Party times take place from 10am-12pm, 1:30-3:30pm and 4:30-6:30pm on Saturday and Sunday. Other days and times are available upon request and calendar availability. Parties are 2 hours long. More time can be requested for an additional fee The host family can arrive 20 minutes before the party begins to decorate. We request that you stay aware of the ending time of your party as we may have other classes shortly after your party.
  • What does the party include?
    We supply all food based on the theme, recipe instructions for each guest to take home, plates, napkins, cups, candles. We can also provide, balloons, and decor based on the theme for an additional $150 upon request. We do not supply invitations.
  • When can I arrive for the party?
    You can arrive 20 minutes before the party for decorating and any special setup you would like to include. We need the time prior to the party to finish setting up for your party. Arriving earlier than 20 minutes is not an option unless arranged previously.
  • Can parents stay at the party?
    All of our parties are a drop off parties. However, up to two adults for the birthday child may stay for the duration of the party.
  • Do you accommodate allergies?
    Meraki Kitchen is not a nut free environment. We can accommodate GF, Nut free, dairy free, egg free in most of our menus Additional costs will apply per person. $10 pp.
  • How do I reserve a party date?
    Please send us a party request with your preferred date(s) and time(s). Once we finalize a date and time, we will have you reserve the party with a 50% deposit. You will be emailed 5 days before the party to confirm how many friends are attending the party and any other details. We will then send you a final invoice to be paid prior to the party time.
  • What if I need to rebook my party??
    If you need to rebook a birthday party, we are happy to do that for you and we will work to find a time that is available that fits your schedule with a two-week notice. Parties that need to be rebooked after the 2-week window will pay a $100 rebooking fee. Due to unforeseen issues with our facility (for example, a power outage) or weather-related closures, we will apply a credit for your class or party and can help you reschedule at your convenience.
  • Can I add additional food options to my party?
    If you would like to add on some party food for the birthdays that do not include snacks, we are happy to provide that for you. We can provide in house cheese or pepperoni pizzas with fruit, or we can provide turkey & cheese subs. The additional cost is $8.00 per person. Please specify in the notes on the registration page if you’d like us to add that onto your party package.
